- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surfaces to be bonded or sealed are clean, free from rust, dust, and oil. Proper cleaning is critical for optimal adhesion.
- Application: Apply the silicone directly to the prepared surface. For best results, ensure uniform coverage of the target area.
- Curing: Allow the applied silicone to cure in air. At 25℃ and 55% relative humidity, a curing depth of 2~4mm is achieved within 24 hours. Longer curing times will result in deeper curing.
- Packaging Specifications:
- 966204: 310ml per cartridge, 25 cartridges per carton.
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place at 8-26℃. Keep away from children. The shelf life is 6 months under proper storage conditions.
