1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surfaces to be bonded or sealed are clean, free from rust, dust, and oil. Proper cleaning is critical for optimal adhesion.
2. Application: Apply the silicone directly to the prepared surface. For best results, ensure uniform coverage of the target area.
3. Curing: Allow the applied silicone to cure in air. At 25℃ and 55% relative humidity, a curing depth of 2~4mm is achieved within 24 hours. Longer curing times will result in deeper curing.
